Another sneak peek of the exhibition installation. It is now up and will be ready for viewing on Saturday morning! The opening is May 11th but I will be gallery sitting this Saturday at the Northrup King building in NE Minneapolis from 2:30-5:00pm!

The mock up binding is complete and the final material orders should be sent off any day now. That means we are in the home stretch! I hope to put the softcover book up for sale sometime soon and have added a section that has tools you can cut out and assemble.

I’m thinking this book will be sold in three separate editions -

5-15 Special Editions -150.00

Unlimited Softcovers - 50.00

The design of the book is underway! Can’t tell what’s happening here? It’s some spreads being worked on in inDesign, but don’t get too excited, it’s only a sneak peek of what it’s going to look like in the end!

Funding nearly complete

Funding is almost complete and we’re just 500.00 shy of our goal. With the money made from artwork sales, I should be able to top it off, so the project is a go. (It would have been anyway to be honest, it’s a thesis project after all)

I wanted to share with you an interesting experience I had in Minnesota a few weeks back. I attended an Idea Ecos meeting about creative thinking and it was a blast. Just a few of us, but the feedback and engagement was awesome. For any of you Twin Cities followers, be sure to check them out. In the coming month I’m hoping to host a focus group with them to have people try the exercises and broadsides will be offered as payment for participation so don’t miss that!

We’re only a little over 700.00 short, so I think we’ll make the funding! With what has been made from the sale of broadsides and artwork, I should be able to make it !
